The Future Looks Bright in the RGS Careers Department

23 Nov 2021
School News

RGS has recently welcomed Audrey Williams as the new Head of Careers. Mrs Williams joins the School with a wealth of experience having worked as a Careers Adviser for many years in Reading, Aberdeen, Germany and more recently in Malvern, as well as with the Careers Hub for Worcestershire Careers and Enterprise Company.

The RGS Worcester award-winning Careers Department has a calendar of exciting seminars and careers-focused sessions being delivered during the rest of this term and beyond, with the aim of giving pupils information and insight into different career opportunities available to them and to support their journey to achieve their desired career. This may be through work experience, university applications or working through the process of identifying their own strengths and how these may translate into a fulfilling career.

The RGS Careers Department has lots of plans for the coming months and the hope that the RGS Careers Expo will be able to go ahead once again in the late Spring 2022.

Our alumni community are an invaluable asset when it comes to careers advice and offers of work experience or placements. If you are able to help then please contact the Foundation Office on 01905 613391, or by email at foundation@rgsw.org.uk. We would love to build a professional network within our alumni community with the aim of not just helping current RGS pupils or recent leavers, but all RGS and AOS alumni.
